Our refund and exchange policy lasts for 14 days from the date your order was shipped. Given our rock-bottom prices, all sales are final and only defective products will be considered for a return/refund or exchange. Your item must also be in the same condition that you received it.
If your return/refund (a) or exchange (b) of a defective item is approved at our discretion:
a) a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
or
b) a replacement item will be mailed to you.
